• Shipping costs are calculated by weight. All of our shipments
are by ground transportation only.

• We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO’s or FPO’s.

• We cannot ship outside the United States at this time.

• We are not shipping to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii at this
time until further notice.

• In the event of severe weather, it is possible that delivery may be
restricted or impaired. We cannot assume responsibility in these
instances.

• We cannot assume responsibility for incorrect addresses and for
damages to product on shipments left outside with costumer’s
authorization.

• We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

• In unlikely event that a product received is incorrect, damaged or
a shortage is determined in the shipment, INTERNATIONAL CHILE
PRODUCTS must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of said
product for a credit to be issued or a re-shipment enacted.
