Ingredients:

4                 Chicken Breasts
3 TBL         Fresh Rosemary
3 TBL         Fresh Thyme
3 TBL         Fresh Sage
1/2 Cup     San Pietro Avocado Oil
To Taste    Kosher Salt
To Taste    Pepper

Directions:

  1. Mince your Rosemary and Thyme.
  2. Using a sharp knife Chiffonade (to shred) the Basil
    (Roll leaves as if they were a cigar and slice).
  3. Salt and Pepper both side of your Chicken.
  4. Sprinkle your Herbs on both sides .
  5. Grill Chicken for about 15 minutes or until inside is
    white. Look for clear juices.

Tip: This recipe can be turned into a delicious sandwich, just
grill a Portobello Mushroom and add some Swiss cheese
