Directions:
- Mince your Rosemary and Thyme.
- Using a sharp knife Chiffonade (to shred) the Basil
(Roll leaves as if they were a cigar and slice).
- Salt and Pepper both side of your Chicken.
- Sprinkle your Herbs on both sides .
- Grill Chicken for about 15 minutes or until inside is
white. Look for clear juices.
Tip: This recipe can be turned into a delicious sandwich, just
grill a Portobello Mushroom and add some Swiss cheese
